In March 2018 Ian Owen our gas engineer re-visited Petroc to refresh his ACS gas qualifications and added the extra elements that very few gas engineers in the North Devon area hold.
Ian sees the caravan, food van and mobile/Park homes as an area where we would like to expand our business.

Bathroom Renovation

Another high level full refurbish completed for our customer in Appledore.
In this system the customer supplied her own bathroom suite and Tarka was able to completely remove and refurbish the bathroom with in a 5 day period.
Needless to say the customer was very happy and has left a really nice review. Our top priority is to deliver a 5 star service in everything we do.

Having your boiler serviced every 12 months can prolong the life cycle upwards and ensure its performance is maintained and bills are kept lower, your boiler efficiency can depreciate by upwards of 35% if not serviced.
you can also protect the system using a magnetic cleansing device, see pic below for an example.

Carbon Monoxide

For as little as £5.00 you can have a carbon monoxide detector installed which along with your annual boiler service can keep you alive and well and protect your loved ones.


Gas Safe Engineers 

Only a gas safe registered engineer can remove the cover of your boiler, don't be caught out by a friend who says they can help call a Gas Safe engineer, don't be scared to ask for ID, this is something Gas Safe engineers are happy to share.

Energy Efficient

Bills rising? Want to save money on energy?
Look at the rating of your boiler? Is it an old one ? If so it's possible it's not very efficient and you may want to consider a replacement to save money on its usage, look for a boiler with a rating ? It's known as a SEDBUK rating and an A rated appliance means its the best.
