We also have a slight edge as we use software via the mobile devices to manage and deliver the service to our customers.
We can issue quotes, certificates, notices, work sheets & invoices whilst in front of the customer, this is also attached to a diary so as to ensure we make all appointments as and when agreed and if there is an issue the customer is made fully aware.
